It’s definitely encouraging that the company not only fixes its mistakes but also values feedback.

One day at the office, I decided to shoot a time-lapse. While filming, I discovered a bug in the Russian firmware. In the English version, if you switch to English, this error doesn’t appear. But in the Russian version, they made a mistake. But that’s understandable—they’re Chinese. Anyway, I decided to send them a message to customer support. I wrote a letter. They looked into it all and thanked me.

And they decided to send me a gift again this time. (They had previously given me a flash drive.)

Anyway, during our correspondence, we discussed everything, and they promised to fix everything in the next firmware update. Here’s where they wrote to me: “We’re sending you a gift.” I chose from two options they had in stock: a 114 cm selfie stick or an Insta360 @insta360 bottle. I don’t need the bottle, but the stick will come in handy around the house. So that’s what I chose.

After this experience, of course, my respect for Insta360 @insta360 has grown even more!

It’s nice to see a company that truly listens to its users and works to improve all of its products.
