Vika. Dancing Nomad | 3,5 years into the expat life. ✨NEW ONLINE “LOW FLOW COMBO 2” is here!✨
vika_poledance Left like 🌪️ at the end First, when I go train I always take pants and shorts, because I never know the mood. This time I forgot shorts, and I just didn’t feel like dancing in pants:)) So I spent 1.5 hours trying to come up with something – nothing worked. At the very end I played this random track and this routine was born. Second, doing dynamic turns on the toe box and then flowing smoothly into another move is tough (even for a pirouette queen😁) – foot gets sweaty and slips. Feels like you’re just dancing on the platform, with the shoes hanging on by tiny straps😄 Usually I don’t post such training videos, but I like how my hair is flying here💅
vika_poledance Guys, have you noticed that activity on Inst has dropped a bit? Or is it just in our niche?🤔 When I see other dance styles, it seems like they get way more reactions… or maybe that’s just what Inst shows me:) Also, my feed feels like a bubble – I keep seeing the same accounts and the same videos over and over. P.S. Of course, some videos still go viral, but it feels like it happens less often now. Still… super funny and $€хuаl content gets attention, but the first one doesn’t suit every dancer, and the second one can get your post ba***d😅 Studio @pole_plus_studio
vika_poledance Planned to make a choreo with another song, but accidentally turned on this one while warming up, started to improvise, especially since my outfit matched it🖤 Turned the improv into a routine and recorded it. Then… overthinking mode on: watched it, didn’t like it (the middle felt too slow and boring), so I edited it and added some improv bits to make the video more dynamic. Anyway… just for fun😄 Studio @pole.dance.artifly
vika_poledance Another way of coming up with transitions (find another one in my profile): take one move (for example, a back spin) and try finishing it in different ways – this will naturally lead to new transitions. ▫️Try landing on different legs (right/left) ▫️Or on both legs, but in different positions: •In front of the pole ➡️ legs together or crossed •Behind the pole •Hook your legs on the pole Even with this spin you can come up with so many more variations. Tell me in the comments: which one is your fave? And do you find these tips helpful? Your feedback means a lot – I’ll create more of this for you❤️ Studio @pole_plus_studio Boots @exoheels

vika_poledance Hi from Serbia! My first training here🖤 I was so touched when so many dancers wrote to me saying they’re happy I came and want to dance with me. That means a lot! But for now, the main thing is to settle in and find an apartment to stay for a few months, just to finally breathe out:) Studio @pole_plus_studio pole flow inspiration, soft pole transitions, graceful pole movement, pole combo, pole transition, fluid flow dance, pole moves, slow pole flow, pole aesthetic
vika_poledance A month in Montenegro is over, and today we’re flying to Serbia. While packing again, we realized how tired we are of it. This time we didn’t even unpack everything, since we knew we’d have to pack again…🫠😅 But I’m really glad I could train regularly here. Thank you, @lemonade_dance_sport 🤍 P.S. Closed this chapter with a sunset dance
vika_poledance As soon as I started dancing regularly (for now😅), my mood instantly got so much better! Dancing really is the best dopamine:) Btw, I’m surprised at how quickly I got back in shape – not fully yet, of course. I went from 1.5-hour sessions to 2 hours. The first hour is usually just “waking up” my body and getting into the flow (including warm-up). When I train regularly, I can easily lose track of time and spend 4 hours in the studio without even noticing. pole flow inspiration, soft pole transitions, graceful pole movement, pole combo, pole moodboard, flow transition, fluid flow dance, pole moves, slow pole flow, pole aesthetic, creative pole dancing, static pole transition, flow pole combo
vika_poledance I have different ways to come up with transitions/flow combos – and here’s one of them: take one sequence and try doing the transition at different levels. It’s basically the same combo, but changing the height can help you add variety to your movements or fit the combo better into a choreography – making it smoother or more dynamic when needed. Will you try it? pole flow inspiration, soft pole transitions, graceful pole movement, pole combo, pole transition, fluid pole dance, sensual pole moves, slow pole flow, pole aesthetic, creative pole dancing, static pole transition, pole combo
vika_poledance My judges’ performance in Taiwan 2024! Yes, I’m posting this a bit late:) @exoticgeneration_taiwan The performance was much better than the rehearsals, because the audience’s support always brings out a totally different kind of energy. I don’t usually like being on stage, but this time I really enjoyed it! P.S. I even fell a bit – too much energy🌪️ Did you catch that moment?
