vika_poledance A video from training - I just filmed it for myself, so the quality isn’t good, my hair is messy lol, not a polished video at all - but I’ll leave it here for now😄 Bodysuit @madgamerpolewear
vika_poledance Singapore! I’m coming this week to @noircollectivesg and inviting you to dance with me… *This is a small part of a combo from the “Fragment” routine (with a different track here) You’ll get lots of my signature transitions, with clear and detailed explanations as always! It’s definitely going to be useful and will help you level up your dance 💫
vika_poledance Whoosh!🌪️🌪️🌪️ Preparing for upcoming workshops

vika_poledance FLOW TRANSITIONS🌪️ I randomly walked into a small local shop today to get socks for my boots and found these cross earrings there. I bought all of them and attached them to my knitted piece (it’s actually a scarf that came with a knitted dress) and wrapped it around my waist💅
vika_poledance Combo from my Online Course “Low Flow Combos v2” Inside the course you’ll also find different ways to continue the twirl (the last move in this combo)🌪️ Link in BIO
vika_poledance I feel inspired, I want to dance… but at the same time I’m in one of those periods when I don’t really like how I dance. Sometimes these cycles hit me… I feel like I actually don’t know how to dance. Like everything I do is too simple, too basic and not technical enough🤓 Yeah, I just need to go through it and then it will get better:) P.S. Just sharing because these kinds of phases probably hit all of us… and that’s part of creative life🫶🏻
vika_poledance Where to flow from an outside leg step and pirouette Btw, one of the main requests for classes with me (besides technique) is to learn my different turns, pivots, and these kinds of flow transitions:) Which do you like more? Bodysuit: @madgamerpolewear Shorts: @harna_wear
vika_poledance Whoosh🌪️ Gliding across the floor (just had fun at practice):) Which variation do you like?
vika_poledance Another tip: try to execute secondary movements, like grip changes, during the main movement, for example when you do a pivot, rather than as separate steps.
