urlookin 📌 Классический способ – запечённые мозговые косточки

Ингредиенты:
• Мозговые косточки (лучше продольно распиленные) – 4–6 шт.
• Соль крупная
• Перец свежемолотый
• Чеснок – 2–3 зубчика
• Петрушка или кинза – небольшой пучок
• Лимон – ½ шт.
• Оливковое масло

Как готовить:
1. Косточки промыть и обсушить.
2. Разогреть духовку до 220 °C.
3. Выложить косточки на противень с пергаментом (срезом вверх).
4. Посолить, поперчить, сбрызнуть маслом.
5. Запекать 15–20 минут, пока мозг не станет мягким, но не вытек.
6. Тем временем измельчить чеснок и зелень, смешать с каплей масла и лимонного сока.
7. Подать косточки горячими, сверху посыпать зелёно-чесночной смесью.

👉 Едят прямо ложкой, намазывая мозг на хрустящий тост или свежий хлеб.
