tuliplander Some days (or let’s be honest — some people) really make me regret that I don’t sm💨kе.

After an intense 9 to 5, when my brain is loud, I have to actively look for other ways to de-stress so I don’t spiral straight into the hating loop.

So I lean on the most ordinary things. Chopping vegetables, making dinner, doing sport.
Just quiet, repetitive routines that slowly bring me back to myself.

Here is my realistic evening routine, “Corporate girlie” edition.

Being lazy finally paid off ♥️

Hands down one of the best experiences ever — walking through a lemur kingdom under the watchful eye of our guide, asking all our questions and sunbathing together.

No touching, no interference — just co-existing in the same space for a little while.

📍 Oasis Wildlife Fuerteventura - a zoo, botanical centre, animal rescue & conservation centre 🙏
