summerbodiezz The outside looked calm. The inside was architecture after an earthquake.
summerbodiezz Still becoming. One choice, one habit, one day at a time.
summerbodiezz keep going
summerbodiezz I’ve noticed something simple: people want results, but they don’t really want the system that produces them. And your body is a system, it doesn’t respond to intentions, it responds to repetition. The most underrated part of wellness isn’t the workout. It’s the design of your day: sleep, steps, food, pauses. Not “trying harder” but becoming more predictable. Because if you keep waiting for motivation, you’re basically handing the steering wheel to circumstances. And then you wonder why your body lives in “whatever happens”
summerbodiezz This is my favourite kind of campaign: real air, real skin, real calm.
summerbodiezz Meet my little merch drop - and of course I couldn’t just “pick a cute colour” ☺️ I chose an Opera House shade. Because that place has a very specific kind of energy: calm, iconic and somehow it makes you stand a bit taller without trying. And the meaning is simple: The Moment is Mine. For me, it means doing it today, not tomorrow, not when life calms down, not when I feel 100% ready. Today - even if it’s messy, loud, or busy. Simple on the outside, intentional underneath. Sydney edition.
summerbodiezz summer days
summerbodiezz Face mask on, fresh sheets, a half-read book waiting for me, laptop warming up with new ideas and the bathroom glow that always feels like a reset button.
summerbodiezz outfit: black, mood: zen
summerbodiezz Every small step - whether it’s a morning swim, a workout, working on your project, implementing new habits or nourishing your body - shapes the life you’re building.
