marse_julia You don’t need complicated lighting setups to create powerful images.

Sometimes, all you need is to understand how to work with one or two lights properly.

In this setup, I’m using only two NANLITE continuous lights with Lantern softboxes.

First, I place them in front of the model for soft, clean beauty light.

Then I move them 90° to each side to create more depth and dimension.

Finally, I place them behind the model to get a completely different mood and a beautiful rim light.

Same model. Same lights. Same modifiers.

Only the position of the light changes — and the result looks completely different.

That’s why I love continuous lighting: you can see exactly what you’re creating, and you can shoot both photos and videos at the same time.

Beautiful lighting doesn’t have to be complicated. You just need to understand it.

Photographers travel to learn with me from Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Australia, the USA, France, Italy, and many other countries.

My one-to-one mentoring is not a “standard photography lesson.”
Everything is built individually around each photographer, their level, style, goals, and direction.

At this stage, the format includes a full shooting day in the studio where we work with 3–5 models in order to:
— build a strong portfolio
— practice multiple lighting setups
— improve communication and posing with models
— discuss marketing and personal branding
— work on Instagram, promotion, attracting clients, and sales
— answer absolutely every question that helps photographers move to the next level

I don’t work with templates.
Every mentoring day is created individually for each photographer.

My goal is not only to teach photography techniques, but to help photographers develop their own artistic vision, understand light differently, improve their portfolio, and grow inside the industry professionally.
