kiranoire Day 23 after surgery (revision mammoplasty and primary blepharoplasty) Main recovery is over. I can finally get back to dancing 😍 1st week everything is very fragile and it’s important to minimize movement to let everything heal in right place. 2nd week much easier. Already could do most of the normal things and take shower. Obviously movement is very limited and it’s not allowed to lift anything, pull or push. 3rd week more freedom. But still have to wear corset and sleep on the back (I hate it 🥲, I like sleeping on my side with a pillow between the legs) 4th week - coming back to training, but very carefully, not much engaging chest muscles. I’m allowed to not wear corset, but I prefer to wear it. I take it off for a few hours, but still feel more secure in corset. Tomorrow I’ll see a doctor and check if everything is healing well. Also I’ll ask when I can sleep on my side, when it will be possible to lie on a stomach and get a massage. This is my first dancing 💃🏻 feeling so happy to move 😍😍😍
kiranoire Dancing is my best therapy. My body knows before I can wrap my head around it. We resonate with a song or a choreo, because something inside us “knows the feeling” and “needs to live through it”. That’s why sometimes after a class we feel so relieved. To let go we need to allow ourselves to feel it all through our body. This month ExoCLUB choreo is one of those where I could let go something big for me - “Caught out in the rain” by Beth Hart 💔🤍 ExoCLUB is a monthly subscription to my online choreo and tricks classes. Sales open on Thursday 13th August. Stay tuned!
kiranoire You know how your mood changes every week, well sometimes even every day 😅 One day you feel super hot, another day sassy and badazz, sometimes gentle and sensitive, and some days you don’t feel like dancing and just want a soft stretching. For every single side of you I’ve got a perfect class in my ExoCLUB subscription: • Exotic choreographies • Contemporary choreos • Exotic pole tricks and combos • Movement quality and creativity workshop • Warm up, stretching and more Different styles, different levels, for every mood and every taste. High quality videos and very detailed explanations will make the process comfortable and enjoyable. Every choreo split into pieces, each of them filled from the front and back. First we learn the steps and sequence, then focus on smooth transitions, separately put it into the music, and pay attention to emotional expression. Every trick has preparatory steps, options for different levels and variations of combos. You get an access to entire library and pick what you feel like today. Learn in your own pace, repeat as many times as you need, revise and check your progress. Now subscription includes 23 classes, plus I add new classes. This month new choreo I’ll announce tomorrow, plus a new format will be presented for the first time 🤫🤫🤫 Price of subscription: 89$ a month 199$ for 3 months I’ll open sales on Thursday 13th August. Stay tuned 😉
kiranoire I used to think that I need to put emotion on the top of technique. But with years of experience I realized that emotion starts in the body, because the music makes me feel. And then that emotion shapes my movement. And only in the end it finds itself with some facial expression as a part of the “feeling”. What do you want me to talk more about?
kiranoire Sharing my experience of plastic surgeries as a professional pole dancer. 1. 3rd surgery is the easiest both in pain level and recovery. 2. Under muscle implants - more pain, longer recovery, BUT much better aesthetic results. 3. In general I recover quite quickly. So it can be VERY different for everyone. I know people who took a year to recover. 4. Recovery also depends a lot on professionalism of a doctor. My doctor is quite expensive, but he is on of the top in my country @mksviridov I love his aesthetic vision and he has signature techniques. It’s not an advertisement and not a collaboration! 5. Recovery depends on the level of your skills before surgery. I can do deadlifts even if you wake me up at night. 6. I didn’t lose any skills after surgeries. I don’t do tricks that much anymore only because I switched to dancing as I just love it more. My strength and flexibility are lower now only because I don’t train it that much anymore. But a few years after first 2 surgeries I was becoming more and more skilled, until I switched to dancing. 7. First few weeks of training obviously I couldn’t do lots of things, it takes time to fully come back. But if you are careful and patient it takes a few weeks, maybe months. ❗️This is everyone’s personal decision and responsibility. I’m only sharing my experience, because people ask me a lot in DM’s and this post can help with some information 🤍 More info in highlights “surgery 🍒👁️”
kiranoire Well I actually post it here in case he forgets what he said 🤪😂😜 Surround yourself with people who are proud of who you are 🤍

kiranoire I’m closing the EXOBASE. This has been a great 3 years long journey that I’m very proud of (1 year of creating it and 2 years of running it) Hundreds of dancers, that made their dream come true, became choreographers, instructors, performers, found their own authentic dance style and confidence in their creativity and self expression. Me that made my dream come true. The idea of a comprehensive exotic dance course that not only focuses on technique and flow, but also on emotional expressiveness, musicality and helps to develop creativity and find an authentic dance style. The course that is not a set of choreos or exercises, but a step by step system that actually works for hundreds people. Me that became an entrepreneur, gave job to 10 people. I genuinely love this project and so proud of it, and it’s time to move on. I have lots of knowledge, skills, talents, experience in so many areas. And I have new ideas and projects that need space, time and energy. Your every NO strengthens your YES. That’s why EXOBASE was so big and successful - because I truly chose it with my whole heart and ACTIONS. I dedicated 100% of my time, effort and money to it, not knowing if it will ever work. Lately I’ve felt very stretched, to the point where I had to say NO to all the new exciting creative ideas and life experiences to hold all the responsibilities of my projects. It is very scary to be honest. I’m closing almost all my projects and diving into the emptiness to start a new chapter. Because even a very painful NO strengthens your YES So… the last EXOBASE is coming soon.
kiranoire Don’t put yourself in a box of style definitions. Don’t try to fit the norms or chase trends. I’m not smooth enough for flow, not “dynamic”, enough for “hard”, not s*xy enough for “old school”, not enough flex feet for “new wave”. I don’t belong anywhere. I want to be special and memorable, but I’m scared of being weird. Does it resonate? Being different takes courage. But love will give you all the courage you need. Love what you do. Love your art so much, so you believe that it deserves to be seen.
kiranoire Happy Birthday to me 🥳 I’m 36 today and I feel better and more beautiful than ever. My 35 was a year of achievements, of my badazz self. I jungled a few businesses, traveled the world, lived a luxury life, being proudly self sufficient. Last 3 months were not easy, I had a big crisis where most of the things that excited, motivated and fulfilled me before lost their value. And it was quite a journey into emptiness. But emptiness creates space. Last few weeks made me feel that space. Today I feel so happy, so alive, leaving my best life, being surrounded by incredible people, being loved, cared for, being blessed. This year I feel like I’m stepping into my “magnetic” era. When I don’t need to fight anymore - but attract. Let’s see.. Lots of love and gratitude to all my friends and beloved people, to all my students, colleagues, supporters and to my angels 🤍
