kiranoire Tag your pole buddy that has a different style, but you love training together 😎😇 P.S. “when you healed and moved on, but he keeps coming back to your life” 🤣🤣🤣
kiranoire In my low moments I usually train more. Someone will say that this is an escape. But for me dancing is a meditation, it calms me down. Even though sometimes I don’t enjoy it and want to leave, but after it almost always gives me peace and feeling of gratitude for showing up for myself. Training gives me an inner support, because I’m doing this for me, this is an area of my life where I can feel confident even when all the rest world is falling apart. Dancing connects me with my body and emotions. I allow myself to feel it, to process it, to express it through the movement. And ironically dancing out my pain allows me to create my best artwork. Sending a warm loving hug to everyone who needs it today 🫂

kiranoire You can dance for years and still wonder why your movements don’t feel right. Why you have the technique — but no flow. Why you can’t come up with a choreo even to your favorite song. I created a 4-lesson mini course that has already helped thousands of dancers transform the way they move. 📍 It’s a free course every dancer should take whether you’re a beginner or a pro. Inside, you’ll finally understand what the EXOBASE method is really about, how to connect technique, musicality, and emotion into one. The feedback speaks for itself 👇🏽 «Now I finally understand WHY and HOW it works.» «It gave me a whole new understanding of movement.» «The best classes I’ve ever tried.» Want to feel the same? Send me “STYLE” in DM and I’ll give you free access to all 4 lessons for 72 hours.
kiranoire When you didn’t have an access to pole for a while 😅😅😅
kiranoire Want to know how I created this choreography? Or how to create your own choreography in general? I give a unique chance to get a free access to my ExoStyle course for 7 days to 500 lucky people! How to get it? 1. Repost this reel to your story and tag my page @kiranoire 2. I’ll send you a link to the course, and all you have to do is register. This course has 4 lessons where I step by step create this choreography. There is a beginner and advanced version. And I show how you can control the difficulty level by yourself. Not only I focus on creating a choreo, but on: ✔️ movement quality, ✔️ smooth weight shifting, ✔️ creative transitions, ✔️ emotional expressiveness When I was filming this course my business partner was there to help me filming. After I danced it she asked, «don’t you cry when you dance? I watch it and I want to cry.» This choreo is my personal story that I confessed through the movement. If it resonates with you, welcome to my mini-course ExoStyle 🤍 See you there 🤗 🎥 @svetapigan
kiranoire Techniques of big movement 5 techniques that will make your moves look much bigger, wider, controlled and impressive.
kiranoire Does it have to be hard to be beautiful? This is a beginner friendly choreography, non of the transitions here are complex and difficult (maybe a couple of intermediate moves), but it looks good, because of the clean technique, musicality, complexity of composition, speed changes, level changes, texture contrasts and charisma. Yes it’s fun, interesting and important to learn new cool difficult transitions, but it won’t change the level of your dancing skills if you forget about the things I listed above. But on the contrary, those things will make all the new transitions look much more cool and amazing. I loooove complex transitions, I use them a lot in my advanced choreos. But I also think that beginner - intermediate choreos are not plain and boring. Funny, but @anastasiamila_ asked me to dance exactly this choreo, even though it’s pretty simple. But she liked that it’s very sensual and gives the space to feel the movement and enjoy. And I’m so happy to dance with my best friend! I can’t express how grateful I am for our friendship and ability to create together 🤍 Love you 🫂
kiranoire Co-creating, inspiring each other, having loooooots of fun 😝🤩🙃 3 hours in the studio and this is the result 🥰 What do you think guys?
kiranoire Even dogs are attracted 😝
kiranoire I honestly don’t always have a motivation to train just for myself. Sometimes I come to a studio and can’t dance. Just lay on the floor for 2 hours. Or try different things and nothing works, nothing feels right, my body doesn’t want to move. And no matter if I force myself or not, it just doesn’t work. I have been doing pole dancing for 17 years and teaching and performing for 16 years, traveling with workshops around the world for 13 years, teaching online for 10 years, developing my own online school for 2 years. Of course I burnout. But never for long. No matter how low I feel, if I need to teach, even if I don’t want it until I finish the warm up, everything changes as soon as I start teaching something. And if I burnout from teaching, I just need a little break and in a of month I start missing teaching soooooo much that I start helping people during my self practice sessions 😹 Creating choreographies for students, teaching basic steps or advanced transitions.. and getting feedback from them, seeing how they enjoy themselves, grow, improve their skills, how their eyes light up, reading messages of gratitude from them... - this always motivates and inspires me. Thank you, my beloved people for charging me up and giving me a wonderful purpose 🙏🏻🤍🫶🏻 And how do you deal with burnout? PS: My ExoCLUB girls 🩵
