alexeymolchanov Ever climbed a ladder underwater?🪜 This is probably one of the longest underwater ladders I’ve ever seen—it goes all the way down to the bottom of this dive pool. As a freediver, my life takes me to incredible places: training camps, competitions, workshops, and visits to freediving friends around the globe. Every dive spot has its own unique story and character—and this one definitely stands out. Wonder where I’ll dive next? ;) 📍@deepstation.kr 🎥 @dif_freediving #underwater #skills #freediving #korea

alexeymolchanov 🏙️ Diving down 40 stories on one breath sounds tough to most people. But that’s just the beginning. The hardest part? Coming back up. At the bottom—125 meters deep—your lungs are compressed. You’ve stopped kicking. You’re falling. It’s calm… But then… you turn. And now, every meter is a fight. Your legs are heavy. Your mind starts to drift. This is where freedivers are forged—not in the descent, but in the return. The way up is where technique, training, and mindset have to come together. Because there’s no room for panic. Just trust, focus… and the will to reach the surface. This is freediving. And this is what it takes to come back :) Gear: @molchanovsfreediving #skills #underwater #freediving #freediver
alexeymolchanov Share which building you stopped at 🗽👇 Top 3 facts about the dive ⬇️ 1. World Record: I held my breath for 4 minutes and 37 seconds, reaching a depth of 136 meters. 2. Pressure Management: Equalizing the pressure in my ears, sinuses and making sure my lungs are compressed without injuries, all of these was critical to avoid pain and freefall into abyss. 3. The Riskiest Moment: The final 30 meters of the ascent are the most dangerous—this is where most blackouts happen due to rapidly expanding air in the lungs and last bits of oxygen and energy reserves. alexeymolchanov Ever dove underwater museum? 👀 The site contains 93 sculptures, all created by British artist Jason deCaires Taylor. The underwater collection demonstrates man’s relationship with nature, the environment and the seafloor. The sculptures are located 6-12 meters (19-39 feet) deep :) 📍 Cyprus, MUSAN @musan_ayianapa #underwater #art #museum #freediver #skills

alexeymolchanov 20 years of training, compressed into 30 seconds ⛓️💥 Behind every deep dive, every world record, are countless days spent practicing, steadily building, patiently progressing. 7300 days taught me that depth isn’t just a number — it’s a journey made of consistency, patience, and joy. Whether you’re diving 5, 10, or 20 meters, cherish your dives. Every single one counts. The ocean doesn’t measure your progress, it simply welcomes you back each time, asking only for your presence and respect. Keep diving, keep exploring, and remember: depth is measured not only in meters but in moments spent underwater. Join our community @molchanovsfreediving 🤝 #underwater #skills #progress #freediving
