pomogisebe gua sha basics - read before using it 🪄

1. always use something that helps the gua sha glide.
a facial oil or serum is a must. 🧴no dry skin - ever.

2. don’t jump straight to the face - start with the neck.
massage and prep the sides of your neck first. it helps open up lymph flow and makes the facial work way more effective 🔑

3. use the right angle and pressure.
keep the gua sha at about 45°👌🏻. glide with gentle medium pressure - don’t push too hard, and definitely avoid using it at a 90° 📐angle.
