Why fighters use it (transfer, not hype): • Develops pulling + pressing strength in full, controlled ranges (clinches, framing, hand fighting). • Builds grip endurance (hang) and scapular stability important for controlling ties and posture. • Trains hip flexion strength and trunk stiffness that support knee lifts, sprawls, and positional control.
