• Stops near the Chatsworth Estate entrance

⏰ opening hours? From 12am to 8pm (last entrance)
💡 you need to book the tickets for the House & Grounds separately and in advance

There is a Christmas Market on the grounds, a decorated house, a light trail, and a light show & restaurant on the site, with additional attractions. You could spend 3 to 6 hours there.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful Christmas locations I’ve ever seen so far.

How to get there from London?

🚂 By Train + Bus/Taxi

• Take a train from London Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway (about 1 hour).
• Outside the station, take the Waddesdon Manor shuttle bus (runs on select days) or a 10–12 minute taxi to the manor.
• Alternatively, travel to Aylesbury station (slightly longer train) and take a bus (16 or 17)/taxi from there.

🚘 By Car
• Drive from London via the M40, then connect to the A41 toward Aylesbury.
• Follow signs for Waddesdon and then Waddesdon Manor.
• Approx. drive time: 1 hour 30 minutes depending on traffic.
• Parking is available on-site, with a shuttle up to the manor.
