1. Brushing wet hair incorrectly.

Wet hair is weakest. Using the wrong brush or yanking from the roots causes major breakage.
Fix: Use a wide-tooth comb and detangle from the ends upward.

2. Ignoring your scalp.

People treat hair lengths but forget the skin that grows it.
Fix: Exfoliate gently once a week, avoid heavy buildup, and treat dryness or excess oil as you would facial skin.

3. Not protecting hair from friction.

Pillowcases, rough towels, and tight collars can cause silent daily damage.
Fix: Use a microfiber towel to dry, sleep on a satin/silk pillowcase, and avoid hairstyles that rub against clothing.

moorelika How I stay in shape🪽

For the past 10 years, my weight stays the same, even though I don’t count calories, love going to restaurants, and often stay at all-inclusive resorts.

Here are a few things that help me stay in shape🕊️

Workouts.

I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week, preferring cardio and light strength training, 3-4 sets.

Nutrition.

I eat fairly healthy, preferring seafood, fruits, and vegetables. Over the last six months, I’ve become particularly fond of blueberries since learning about their health benefits.

Lifestyle.

This is where my main secret lies. I am very active during the day, walk a lot, and travel a lot. I love this life and try to get the most out of it! That’s why I have so much energy and positive thoughts!

1. Every day, I receive dozens of messages saying that I am not real 😢 So I am writing here again - I am not an AI and I do not have any hair extensions!

2. I usually dry my hair naturally, and it takes about 2 to 3 hours to dry.

3. It took me about 10 years to grow my hair to this length, and since then, I have been trimming the ends by 10-15 centimeters every six months, keeping my hair at the same length.

4. I have a very active lifestyle, and my hair doesn’t weigh me down or interfere with my life. I’ve already visited about 50 countries and don’t plan on stopping!

5. Thanks to my hair, people are very quick to approach me, and I’m constantly meeting new people😅.

6. For the past year, I have been washing my hair exclusively with my own hair care products, which are manufactured in my laboratory in Los Angeles. They will be available for sale soon!

7. My hair is very porous, thin, and light, but I have 2-3 hairs growing from each follicle, so I have fairly good density.

8. Most often, when I go hiking or sleep, I make one braid.

9. When I go to Disneyland, children often take pictures with me because they think I’m a Disney princess 😂

10. My hair is perfect for cosplaying as elves, mermaids, or Rapunzel. That’s why I never buy wigs for Halloween!

- Use a shower filter — minerals in tap water can build up on your hair, making it frizzy, dry, and dull

- Use a clarifying shampoo every 1–2 weeks to prevent silicone buildup on your scalp and strands.

- Avoid protein treatments if your hair is dry and brittle. When hair is dehydrated, added protein can make it even more prone to breakage.

- Don’t over-moisturize. Hygral fatigue is real — it happens when hair repeatedly swells and shrinks from too much water, weakening the shaft over time.

- It’s better to partially dry your hair with a cool blow dryer. Wet hair is extremely fragile and more likely to break when left damp for too long.

- Use scalp serums — your scalp ages too. Just like your skin, it loses elasticity, hydration, and collagen over time.

moorelika A year ago, Sasha and I made the decision to move and live in Los Angeles, and here’s what we’ve accomplished over this past year:

- We bought an amazing house in Beverly Hills with a large lot and beautiful views of the hills.

- I launched my second business and started producing my own line of hair care products in Los Angeles.

- During this time, I managed to visit about 15 countries and went to Thailand four times 😅

- I finally reunited with my mom, and together we explored new countries and had a wonderful vacation.

- We finally received our green cards, which we had been waiting for so long! Strangely enough, it happened just after we moved to Los Angeles.

- I sold my Porsche Cayman and bought a new Porsche Taycan.

- And finally — I got my first Birkin bag, and I’ll be showing it to you soon!
