leeloo5th We first crossed paths, quite literally, at a crosswalk 🚦We walked past each other, reached opposite curbs, and both turned to see if the other had looked back🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️We stood there, smiling across the traffic, waiting for the cars to pass.

He asked if he could walk me home. I said yes. And somewhere between that corner and my front door, we quietly fell in love❤️

Since then we’ve crossed continents, gone through two immigrations, and lived at more addresses than we can count ✈️🗽🏡🚛🗼We’ve been packing and unpacking the same shared heartbeat again and again.

In twenty-one years, we’ve seen so much👩🏼‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻There were unbelievably beautiful moments, but our life was never pink and perfect. We’ve lost people we loved most. One day, my life nearly slipped away — we barely made it to the hospital. We went through financial crises, war, lost businesses, started over, experienced a violent robbery, and so much more.

But we are still here. We are alive. We are together. And that is what matters most🙏🏻

Two decades later, we’re still stealing kisses on the streets of Nice. Real magic doesn’t fade🤗
