Я преподаю в международном университете дизайна в Шанхае уже 9 лет и вот что я поняла:
1. Студенты обожают перегружать образы. Впихнуть все и сразу, все текстуры, все цвета и фасоны в один образ, так им кажется, они смогут выразить свой талант. Но это не так, красота в простоте.
2. Они не думают о том, кто будет носить тот или иной наряд. По какому случаю его будут носить, будет ли это уместно ? Здесь я всегда советую представить конкретного человека, для которого вы должны создать изделие не просто красивое, а уместное и УДОБНОЕ ! Это очень важно, иначе ваш дизайн никто никогда не наденет.
3. Ну и самое главное, если ты сам не носишь свой бренд/ дизайн, кто будет ? Если ты сам/а не фанат своего стиля/ дела, то кто будет ?

1. Students love to overload looks. Cramming everything at once, all textures, all colors and styles into one image, they think they will be able to express their talent. But this is not true, beauty is in simplicity.
2. They do not think about who will wear this or that outfit. For what occasion will it be worn, will it be appropriate? Here I always advise you to imagine a specific person for whom you must create a product that is not just beautiful, but appropriate and COMFORTABLE! This is very important, otherwise no one will ever wear your design.
3. Well, and most importantly, if you yourself do not wear your brand / design, who will? If you yourself is not a fan of your style / business, then who will be ?
